It’s a 5–10 minute daily meditation practice designed to bring calm during a busy month filled with events, gatherings, and end-of-year stress. Guided meditations are provided each day.

You’ll receive recorded meditations via Apple Podcast (follow show Vital Glow Podcast) that you can listen to anytime. Each meditation supports grounding, intuition, clarity, and emotional balance.

5. Do you offer personalised meal plans?

Yes. I provide whole-food, plant-based meal plans with easy, creative recipes. Plans can be customised to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

8. What is the Teen Jump Start program?

Teen Jump Start is a 10-week themed exercise program for children aged 10–14, combining fitness, fun challenges, games, and learning about health and wellbeing. For Harrington Grove Residents only.
